Noemi is a hybrid dye formula that mixes like a traditional tint but stains the skin like henna. This 2-1 treatment has nourishing properties that protect the hair and stimulate growth. Noemi Hybrid Dye can be used on both brows and lashes and will last 5-6 weeks on the hair and up to 8 days on the skin.

Noemi is vegan friendly & you get approximately 60 uses per tube of dye.
